The client agrees to pay all invoices issued by Regency Group and/or affiliated companies within the net terms per the company's policy. The Client shall be liable for interest at the maximum rate permitted by the law for late payments, attorneys' fees, and all costs incurred by Regency Group and/or affiliated companies in connection with collecting payments from the Client.
